Dashboards & Reporting
Your company dashboard can show you as much or as little as you’d like to see when you log into the IMS platform. You can create groups like ‘Sales Dispatch’ and set a specific set of data you’d like those departments to see and have access to as they log-in. These options allow you to obtain carrier and customer payables/receivables, view sales activity by salesperson or lead source, view upcoming tasks from each department within your company, see all active orders and their status, assign tasks to staff members, and more. Our export tools will allow you to export any report created as an Excel document or CSV file that can quickly be imported to your preferred accounting system.
The completely customizable User Section allows you to manage users by providing them with a password and assigning individual privileges, such as permission to access customer files, view lead sources, view just their leads or all leads, quotes and orders, and more. You can also choose to select the type of user they are such as Admin, Sales, Dispatch, or Accounting – and the system will set the permissions for you.

Integrated Moving Solutions (IMS) will streamline the process of receiving, quoting and following up on leads — regardless of whether you receive them via phone, email, or fax. IMS can accept leads and detect duplicates from any 3rd party source — including your own website! The call center grade auto-dialer allows you to get to every lead within minutes of hitting the system. Each sales rep can easily manage their leads and follow-ups within the IMS platform. Quotes for each lead are automated, and a personalized email is sent to the potential customer. Close more business through our Sales Customer Relationship Management (SCRM) functionality, which ensures proper management and flow of every lead.
Automated quoting allows you to easily setup pricing that truly reflects how your shipments are priced. Our internal team constantly updates the pricing engines to reflect our best estimate, as well as having global editing tools that will allow you to update all lanes going in or out of a particular zip code or region, thereby simplifying the management of constantly fluctuating prices. Automated quoting will automatically price and send a personalized initial quote email to 100% of every incoming lead. The increased speed of response time has been proven to increase closing ratios.
Convert your quotes into orders with our call center grade auto dialer, which ensures that you get to the leads within minutes of receiving them into the system, or simply let your customers place their orders using the link you send them with their instant quote. Manage your orders by accepting payments, posting automatically to the load boards, and dispatching to carriers, movers, and more - all within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and all without having to re-enter pickup and delivery information. Automated reminder and follow-up emails allow you to truly stay on top of every single order, from start to finish.

Because containers can be shipped via common carrier at significantly lower rates than the competition, you can save money, improve margins, and speed up the hauling and delivery time.

Carrier load board - View available loads or post available truck space via list or mapping format. Movers job board - View available packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking jobs, or post available local resources. The carriers and movers accept available loads/jobs instantly to their profile without having to make a phone call to see if it is still available. Our mobile application allows you to view where available loads and moving resources are in real-time based on a unique Global Position Tracking (GPT) system. Settings will allow you to choose ‘bill to’ or ‘COD’ options to assist with the accounting aspect of 3rd party transactions.
Packing Supplies & Materials
IMS has automated the purchasing of packing supplies & materials by allowing our licensees to automatically price and order services. Set up your contracted pricing, or take advantage of pre-set pricing negotiated during the set-up process. Settings will allow you to choose ‘bill to’ or ‘COD’ options to assist with the accounting aspect of supplier transactions.
IMS has pulled together a program that our licensees will be able to use to offer valuation options to their clients. Set up with SelectRisc to sell valuation and allow them to handle your claims from beginning to end. If you don’t wish to offer valuation directly to your customers, we’ve also pulled together a program wherein the customer can order directly from ProtectAMove.
